I really like this period heating belt overall. the heating function is absolutely wonderful it warms up nicely and provides great comfort during cramps. the vibration feature is okay; i was expecting it to be a bit more intense, but it still helps to some extent. despite that, it does its job well and makes a noticeable difference. i would definitely rate this a 10/10!

Easy to use and has adjustable belt to secure it. it isn't horribly large, could hide it under a loose sweater easily. has heat and vibrate functions.
