• Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1–3 business days before forwarding to our shipping carriers. 

• Estimated Shipping Times: Once your order has shipped, please allow 7–12 business days for delivery.

• Delivery Locations: We currently ship to all residential and business addresses within the United Kingdom. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every order placed with Red Crate includes a fully trackable shipping number. As soon as your package leaves our fulfilment facility, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking link so you can follow its journey straight to your front door.

 

DELIVERY DELAYS & ISSUES
